BREAKING NEWS: Lil’ Wayne has agreed to serve one year in jail for a 2007 New York City gun case where police found a loaded .40 caliber pistol on his tour bus. Prosecutors say a small amount of DNA evidence links Lil’ Wayne to the gun.  Wayne’s lawyers argued that the gun belong to an associate, who was not charged and is willing to take ownership of the gun. Lil’ Wayne plead guilty to weapons possession and is expected to be sentenced in February.
